How long does a refund take after processing my return?

Upon receipt, the item will be inspected. Upon approval of the return, your purchase amount will be refunded via the same method of payment as when you made the purchase. This process can take up to working days 14 days.

I no longer have the box, can I return my shoes?

If you no longer have the original packaging, unfortunately we cannot process your return.

How can I return from abroad?

Is your order not to your satisfaction and you do not live in the Netherlands? Always register your return first via this page. Once you have done so, you can create a return label via our website to speed up the return process.

Is it possible to return socks?

This is absolutely allowed! However, the socks may only be returned if the original label is still attached.
